Please find below our inventory form for your room. 

All furniture in your room should be in a reasonable condition but may show some signs of wear and tear. 

Please mark the condition of the items and also state any pre-damage you observe from previous occupants of the room in the comments box. 

This inventory will be checked prior to the end of the academic year and any damage beyond reasonable fair wear and tear will be charged for. 

For those undergraduate students staying in a Category A, A* or B room, you will be asked to complete this form at the beginning of each term, to allow you to identify any damage caused by other users of your room during the vacation periods. Failure to highlight damage on the return to your room will render you liable for the damage.
